Kardex verkauft System Schultheis AG

20.09.2007, Die zur Kardex Gruppe gehörende System Schultheis AG mit Sitz in Rapperswil wird auf den 1. Oktober 2007 an die Winterthurer Fehr Langgutlagertechnik AG (www.fehrllt.ch), Hersteller für automatische Langgut- und Blechlagersysteme, verkauft. System Schultheis AG trug im Geschäftsjahr 2006 rund 1% zum Umsatz der Division KRM bei.

Mit der Trennung von der hauptsächlich im Spezialbereich Lager- und Bereitstellungskonzepte für schwere Lasten tätigen System Schultheis AG setzt die Kardex Gruppe die Konzentration auf das erfolgreiche, internationale Geschäft mit Logistik- Produkten mit den zwei Geschäftsbereichen KRM und Stow konsequent fort.
