Kardex stärkt Position von KRM in Frankreich

24.09.2007, Die im Markt für dynamische Lager- und Bereitstellungssysteme weltweit führende Kardex Gruppe übernimmt auf den 21. September 2007 die in Le Mesnil le-Roi bei Paris domizilierte Leader Systèmes SA (www.leadersystemes.com) vom Firmengründer.

Leader Systèmes SA ist auf den französischen Markt für dynamische Lagersysteme ausgerichtet und vertreibt unter anderem exklusiv für Frankreich die Produkte der zur Division KRM gehörenden Megamat.

Mit der Integration der Leader Systèmes SA setzt die Kardex Gruppe die Konzentration auf das erfolgreiche, internationale Geschäft mit Logistik-Produkten mit den zwei Geschäftsbereichen KRM und Stow konsequent fort und stärkt insbesondere das Vertriebsnetz in Frankreich massgeblich.
