Dekotierungsgesuch der SEZ Holding AG

13.06.2008, Nach Abschluss des öffentlichen Angebots der Lam Research Corporation, Wilmington, Delaware, USA („LAM“), für alle sich im Publikum befindlichen Namenaktien („SEZ-Aktien“) der SEZ Holding AG, Zürich („SEZ“) hat SEZ die Zulassungsstelle der SWX Swiss Exchange mit Schreiben vom 3. Juni 2008 um die Dekotierung der an der SWX Swiss Exchange kotierten SEZ-Aktien ersucht.

Die Zulassungsstelle der SWX Swiss Exchange hat mit Datum 6. Juni 2008 das Dekotierungsgesuch der SEZ unter Vorbehalt der Kraftloserklärung der sich im Publikum befindenden SEZ-Aktien bewilligt.
